Vacu-Pallet-Mobil E
Since Bauma 2022, we are proud to offer the Vacu-Pallet-Mobil model with an electric motor. This page highlights the key features of the VPME with electric drive.
The E-version is equipped with a lithium-ion battery that provides a total power output of 2 x 5 kWh. This powers a 3 kW air-cooled electric motor for the vacuum pump and a 4.5 kW air-cooled electric motor for drive and alignment functions.
With a battery life of up to seven hours, the VPME can be recharged in ten hours using a standard 230-volt socket, allowing for daytime work and overnight charging.
The Vacu-Pallet-Mobil E features a 48 V DC system with a color display that shows battery status and speed. It also includes a 12 V battery disconnect switch and an emergency stop switch for added safety.

The Vacu-Pallet Mobile features a chassis with two rubber tracks, allowing it to maneuver effectively in challenging terrain.
Its foldable crane arm enables smooth laying in confined construction sites, such as along house walls or rows of trees. The mast can be quickly and hydraulically balanced, with an optional automatic alignment feature, ensuring easy and precise positioning of heavy concrete elements in uneven terrain with minimal effort.
The mast is designed for quick folding by a single person in just a few minutes, resulting in a compact device that requires almost no setup time. Its compact dimensions make it easy to transport using a car trailer.
Suction pads can be exchanged rapidly through a simple quick-change system, accommodating all curbs, gutter stones, and slabs made of concrete or natural stone weighing up to 200 kg.
Vacuum suction pads are available for lifting up to 12 paving stones or slabs at a time (depending on size), allowing for effortless installation of stones weighing up to 140 kg. New suction pads can lift two rows of stones and shift them into a ½ stone or 1/3 stone bond with a shifting mechanism.
